Skellig Triple Cask Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is a limited release and the first in the Six18 Step Collection, celebrating the distinctive Single Pot Still style. Made from malted and unmalted barley and triple-distilled in copper pots, it offers a renowned silky smoothness. Aged in PX Sherry, ex-Bourbon, and peated casks, it matures in Skellig Six18’s Atlantic warehouse.

Skellig Small Batch Irish Whiskey is a premium blend of Pot Still and Grain Irish Whiskey. Initially matured in ex-Bourbon barrels and finished in Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks, it balances depth and richness with a sweet PX finish.

Skellig Six18 Gin is a premium, small-batch spirit crafted on the Skellig Coast. Distilled with ten botanicals, including locally foraged Yarrow, Douglas Fir needles, and Birch sap, it is aromatic and herbaceous with citrus and pink grapefruit notes, reflecting the wild Irish landscape.

We carefully hand pack each gift box here at the distillery in Cahersiveen, in 100% recyclable packaging.
