SKELLIG SMALL BATCH IRISH WHISKEY
At the edge of the world, where the wild Atlantic crashes against the rugged shores of County Kerry, Skellig Small Batch Irish Whiskey is born.
This is a whiskey shaped by place. Crafted in small batches, matured in the salt-laced air of the Atlantic coast, and inspired by the character-filled journeys of those who came before us.
Skellig Small Batch Irish Whiskey is a premium blend of Single Pot Still and Grain whiskey.
Its journey begins in hand-selected ex-bourbon barrels before finishing in Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry casks. Each cask is chosen from our Skellig Six18 maturation warehouse to bring depth, warmth and richness to the final expression.
Together, they create a balanced and approachable whiskey with unmistakable Atlantic character.
Whether you are marking a milestone, enjoying an evening with friends, or taking a quiet moment to savour something special, Skellig Small Batch suits every occasion.
With its smooth character and gentle spice, it is also an ideal barbecue whiskey. Rich enough to enjoy neat, yet versatile enough for cocktails, this is a bottle made for good company and glowing embers.
Nose: Honeyed malt, dried fruits, soft vanilla and a touch of toasted oak.
Palate: Smooth and rounded with notes of spiced nuts, sweet sherry, caramel and dark chocolate.
Finish: Long, warming and gently spiced, with a subtle hint of sea salt.
Serve over ice in a highball glass. Stir gently. Garnish with citrus and mint.
Shake hard with ice. Strain into rocks glass. Express lemon zest and garnish.
