2024 Release

The inaugural release from our Six18 Step Collection, this limited edition honours the storied tradition of Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey. Matured in ex-Bourbon casks and finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry barrels, it pays homage to the ancient trade routes between the Skellig Coast and Iberian shores.

Each sip reveals a layered complexity: orchard fruit and warming spice meet silky vanilla and dried fig, all underpinned by the maritime influence of our Atlantic aging warehouse. Only available at our distillery in Cahersiveen.

Dried fruits, toasted almond, dark toffee, coastal salinity.

Shop 2024 Release

2023 Release

Our first-ever exclusive, this premium blend of Pot Still and Grain whiskey was selected from our earliest casks maturing on-site in our Atlantic-aged warehouse. After primary maturation in ex-Bourbon barrels, it was finished in rich Pedro Ximénez sherry casks to bring out soft raisin, honey, and toasted oak tones.

Crafted with intention and depth, it reflects the resilience of our people and the character of our place.
