Gannets Call
Inspired by the wild Atlantic character of the Skellig Coast, the Gannets Call brings together Skellig Small Batch Irish Whiskey with bright lemon, cloudy apple, honey and a touch of orange bitters. Long and refreshing with a gentle sparkle, it balances the warmth of whiskey with fresh citrus and soft orchard fruit.
Ingredients
50ml Skellig Small Batch Irish Whiskey
3 dashes orange bitters
25ml fresh lemon juice
15ml cloudy apple juice
15ml honey syrup
30ml soda water
Method
Add the whiskey, orange bitters, lemon juice, cloudy apple juice and honey syrup to a shaker with ice. Shake briefly and strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Top with soda water and gently stir.
Garnish
Garnish with a thin lemon wheel or slice.
The Perfect Serve
Serve chilled in a tall highball glass filled with fresh ice. The combination of Irish whiskey, bright citrus, cloudy apple and honey makes the Gannets Call a refreshing serve with enough depth to enjoy from first sip to last.
