Recipe

A bright and refreshing take on the classic Bramble, pairing Skellig Six18 Artisanal Irish Gin with fresh lemon and ripe blackberry. The result is a beautifully balanced cocktail where vibrant citrus meets rich berry notes and the gin’s distinctive botanical character.

Six18 Gin Bramble

Ingredients

50ml Skellig Six18 Artisanal Irish Gin
25ml fresh lemon juice
15ml blackberry syrup
5ml sugar syrup
50ml soda water
Crushed ice

Method

Add the gin, lemon juice, blackberry syrup and sugar syrup to a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain over fresh crushed ice in a rocks glass. Top with soda water and gently stir.

Garnish

Fresh blackberries and a lemon wedge.

The Perfect Serve

Serve over plenty of crushed ice, finished with fresh blackberries and lemon. A bright, elegant serve that lets the citrus, berry and botanical notes of Skellig Six18 Gin come together.
