Distillery Exclusives

Each year, we release one limited-edition Single Pot Still Irish whiskey, available exclusively from Skellig Six18 Distillery in Cahersiveen, County Kerry. These releases come from the most distinctive casks in our maturation warehouse. Each one reflects the influence of Atlantic ageing, careful selection, and the character of place. Together, they represent the very best of Skellig Six18 Irish whiskey.

2023 Release

Our first-ever distillery exclusive release is a Triple Cask Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, bottled at cask strength.

After initial maturation in ex-bourbon barrels, the whiskey was finished in Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry casks and ex-peated Scotch casks. Bottling at cask strength allows the whiskey’s full intensity and complexity to shine through, offering a different experience to the standard release.

At this higher strength, smoky and peated notes are more pronounced, alongside bold spice and citrus character.
