Matured for over two decades in handcrafted oak bourbon barrels, Skellig Dark Sky Reserve Irish Whiskey has developed a deep, layered character. One shaped by time, place, and the people and stories of the Skellig Coast.

Tasting Notes: 

Nose
Aromatic and rich. Dried fruits with a gentle citrus edge, layered over delicate notes of malty honeycomb.

Palate
Velvety and full-bodied. Complex layers of fruit and honey develop into subtle salted caramel notes, a hallmark of extended ageing.

Finish
Long, smooth, and elegant. Fruity and nutty tones fade into a warm, clean malty honey glow.
