SMALL BATCH IRISH WHISKEY
Our Small Batch Irish Whiskey is a premium blend of Pot Still and Grain whiskey. It begins its journey in hand-selected ex-Bourbon barrels before finishing in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks—each chosen from our Skellig Six18 maturation warehouse to bring depth, richness and unmistakable warmth. The Pot Still element delivers bold spice and structure, while the PX finish imparts a silky sweetness of dried fruit, honeyed oak, and dark chocolate.
Whether it’s a milestone celebration, an evening with friends, or a quiet moment to savour something exceptional—Skellig Six18 Small Batch is a whiskey for every occasion. With its smooth, approachable character and gentle spice, it’s also the perfect BBQ whiskey. Rich enough to sip neat, versatile enough to shine in a cocktail—this is the bottle you bring when good company and glowing embers are on the menu.
Nose: Honeyed malt, dried fruits, soft vanilla and a touch of toasted oak.
Palate: Smooth and rounded with notes of spiced nuts, sweet sherry, caramel and dark chocolate.
Finish: Long, warming and gently spiced with a touch of sea salt.
Serve over ice in a highball glass. Stir gently. Garnish with citrus and mint.
