Matured in ex-Bourbon barrels and carefully finished in select Sherry casks, Dark Sky Reserve carries both the smooth sweetness and rich complexity born of coastal maturation.

Crafted in small batches and Atlantic aged in our Kerry warehouse, this whiskey is a reflection of place and character – bold yet balanced, rooted yet adventurous.
