The 2025 Release features a Single Pot Still Irish whiskey, aged in a single ex-bourbon cask before being finished in a Tawny Port cask. Bottled at a robust cask strength of 59% ABV.
Over the past few years, we’ve been meticulously crafting Irish Whiskey that embodies the essence of the Skellig Coast. After patiently maturing our whiskey beside the roaring Wild Atlantic Ocean in a diverse range of casks, every step, from blending, to finishing and bottling, has been meticulously carried out by us. Limited to just 200 bottles, this exquisite release is not just a drink but an experience not to be missed.
