Skellig Distillery Exclusive Irish Whiskey is a limited release and forms part of the Six18 Step Collection.

The 2026 Release features a Single Cask Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, matured beside the Wild Atlantic Ocean before a short, three-month finish in a first fill Pedro Ximénez Sherry cask. Bottled at a robust 54% ABV, this year’s release offers a distinctive expression of the collection.

Years of Atlantic ageing shaped the character of this whiskey before the Pedro Ximénez cask added layers of rich dried fruit, dark sweetness and warming spice. The shorter finishing period allows the maritime character and complexity developed during coastal maturation to remain at the forefront, creating a balanced and elegant whiskey with exceptional depth.

With approximately 340 bottles available exclusively from the distillery, this is a rare opportunity to experience a unique chapter in the Six18 Step Collection.
