Skellig Six18 Gin is distilled in small batches at our distillery here in Cahersiveen, County Kerry, using local botanicals.
Our neighbours further along the coastline, Skelligs Chocolate, are also dedicated to their craft, and it was great to work with them on this collaboration. These Skelligs Chocolate truffles are infused with Skellig Six18 Gin and pink grapefruit notes.
