Skellig Small Batch Irish Whiskey – a premium blend of Pot Still and Grain Irish Whiskey, finished in Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks after an initial maturation in ex-Bourbon barrels, with casks carefully chosen from those maturing at our Skellig Six18 maturation warehouse – Atlantic Aged.  The presence of Pot Still Whiskey  gives this blend depth and balance, with the PX finish adding a rich sweetness to the taste profile.  This gift boxs pairs Skellig Small Batch Irish Whiskey up with a 100% Arabica Coffee from local  roastery, Babors Beans. This rich and smooth coffee with floral undertones and a gentle chocolately aftertaste works excellently with Skellig Small Batch in a traditional Irish Coffee.

We selected local and Irish products, and we carefully hand pack each gift box here at the distillery in Cahersiveen, in 100% recyclable packaging.
