Coastal Fizz, one of the delicious new Skellig Six18 cocktails inspired by the Ocean.
We collaborated with the team at Chapter One Restaurant to create a unique and elegant cocktail that complements our Gin while introducing a wave of Irish coastline flavour. Why not try this yourself? Check out the full recipe below; Sláinte !
INGREDIENTS:
- 50 mls Skellig Six18 Gin
- 25 mls seaweed and ginger syrup
- 10mls green chartreuse
- 25 lemon juice
- pinch of sea salt
- 30mls soda water
METHOD:
- Shake everything over ice except soda water.
- Double strain into a tumbler glass on the rocks.
- Top with soda garnish with monksbeard or any seaweed type herbs and dried lime.
