Happy World Martini Day! Celebrate in style by crafting the perfect martini with Skellig Six18 Gin. Making this martini is as easy as combining all the ingredients with ice in a martini shaker and shaking. Ingredients:
- 2 ounces Skellig Six18 Gin
- 3 ounces pink grapefruit juice
- 1/2 ounce orange liqueur
- Fresh rosemary and slice of pink grapefruit for garnish
Instructions:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add Skellig Six18 Gin, Pink Grapefruit juice, and orange liqueur to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously until well combined.
- Strain the mixture into a martini glass.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary & slice of Pink Grapefruit.

Note: Don’t worry too much about elaborate garnishes. A simple slice of pink grapefruit or a sprig of rosemary will suffice. If you have to choose, the pink grapefruit complements the citrus notes of Skellig Six18 Gin beautifully.
